Medical Definition of Canaliculus cochleae

1. A minute canal in the temporal bone that passes from the cochlea inferiorly to open in front of the medial side of the jugular fossa. It contains the perilymphatic duct. Synonym: canaliculus cochleae. (05 Mar 2000)
