Medical Definition of Cervicolumbar phenomenon
1. A sense of weakness in the lower extremities on movement of the neck when a lesion is present in the upper portion of the spinal cord; or sensations referred to the neck when a lesion exists in the lower portion of the cord. (05 Mar 2000)
