1. A ribonucleoside antibiotic synergist and adenosine deaminase inhibitor isolated from nocardia interforma and streptomyces kaniharaensis. It is proposed as an antineoplastic synergist and immunosuppressant.
Pharmacological action: antibiotics, antineoplastic, enzyme inhibitors, immunosuppressive agents.
