1. A malignant neoplasm of the testis, composed of large anaplastic cells with indistinct cellular borders, amphophilic cytoplasm, and ovoid, round, or bean-shaped nuclei that may have multiple large nucleoli; in some instances, the neoplastic cells may form tubular structures; embryonal carcinoma's may be malignant teratomas without differentiated elements.
