1. 1,2:15,16-diepopxy-4,7,10,13-tetraoxahexadecane. Alkylating antineoplastic agent used especially in bladder neoplasms. It is toxic to hair follicles, gastro-intestinal tract, and vasculature. Pharmacological action: antineoplastic agent, alkylating. Chemical name: Oxirane, 2,2'-(2,5,8,11-tetraoxadodecane-1,12-diyl)bis- (12 Dec 1998)
