Small, round-cell sarcoma of mesenchyme of medullary bone, age 5 - 14 yrs, most lethal of all primary bone tumours, any bone, less than 20 years of age: long bones, greater than 20 years of age: flat bones (where there's still red marrow), purely lytic (62%), purely sclerotic (15%), periosteal reaction (onion-skin or perpendicular), similar lesion at different age, less than 5 years of age -- neuroblastoma, greater than 30 years of age -- metastasis, reticulum cell sarcoma
