Medical Definition of Hypoleukaemia

1. A form of leukaemia in which abnormal cells are present in the peripheral blood, but the total leukocyte count is not elevated. Synonym: hypoleukaemia, leukopenic myelosis, subleukaemic myelosis, subleukaemia. (05 Mar 2000)
