1. A nodule or focus of granulomatous inflammation (usually of the foreign-body type) in association with lipid material deposited in tissues, e.g., after the injection of certain oils. See: paraffinoma. Synonym: eleoma, oil tumour, oleogranuloma, oleoma. (05 Mar 2000)
