1. N-methyl-n-nitrosourethane. An alkylating carcinogen that produces gastrointestinal and probably lung and nervous system tumours. Pharmacological action: alkylating agents, carcinogens. Chemical name: Carbamic acid, methylnitroso-, ethyl ester (12 Dec 1998)
