1'-(3-cyano-3,3-diphenylpropyl)-(1,4'-bipiperidine)-4'-carboxamide. A diphenylpropylamine with intense narcotic analgesic activity of long duration. It is a derivative of meperidine with similar activity and usage.
Pharmacological action: analgesics, opioid, narcotics.
