1. Glycogenosis due to muscle glycogen phosphorylase deficiency, resulting in accumulation of glycogen of normal chemical structure in muscle. Synonym: McArdle's disease, McArdle's syndrome, McArdle-Schmid-Pearson disease, myophosphorylase deficiency glycogenosis. (05 Mar 2000)
