Medical Definition of Vasitis nodosa

1. An inflammatory condition of the vas deferens characterised by the presence of numerous epithelium-lined spaces with the muscularis and adventitia, often containing spermatozoa; usually seen after vasectomy, and may clinically and microscopically mimic adenocarcinoma.
