1. 3-pyridinecarboxylic acid compound with 3,7-dihydro-7- (2-hydroxy-3-((2-hydroxyethyl)methylamino)propyl)-1,3- dimethyl-1h-purine-2,6-dione (1:). A vasodilator used in peripheral vascular disorders and insufficiency. It may cause gastric discomfort and hypotension. Pharmacological action: vasodilator agents.
