Medical Definition of CT value

1. Concentration of DNA molecules (in moles) multiplied by time. The value is used to plot the renaturing (complementary single strands of DNA spontaneously forming into a double-stranded molecule) of DNA after it has been denatured (DNA molecule which has been broken into two individual single strands).
