1. 6-(o-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-d-serine)-10-deglycinamideluteinizing hormone-releasing factor (pig) 2-(aminocarbonyl)hydrazide. A long-acting gonadorelin agonist. It is used in the treatment of malignant neoplasms of the prostate, uterine fibromas, and metastatic breast cancer. Pharmacological action: antineoplastic agent, hormonal.
