Medical Definition of Hydro-mulching
1.
Seeding of grasses, mixed with fertiliser, a wood pulp mulch, and a tackifier to stick the mix to the ground, applied by a machine blower in a wet condition to exposed, denuded slopes or embankments. (if no mulch is used, it is called hydro-seeding.)
