Medical Definition of Immunoconglutinin

1. Antibodies that react with complement components or their breakdown products. Usually directed against C3b or C4 and found in high titre in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. They are formed in response to infection or injection of antigens. (14 Oct 1997)
