1. Edge of a bone to which a fibrous (interosseous) membrane is attached, by which the bone becomes attached to another bone. See: interosseous border of fibula, interosseous border of radius, interosseous border of tibia, interosseous border of ulna. Synonym: margo interosseus, interosseous crest, interosseous margin.
