1. 3-ethyl-1,5,6,7-tetrahydro-2-methyl-5-(morpholinylmethyl)- 4h-indol-4-one. A vasodilator that has been used in angina pectoris. Concerns regarding the carcinogenicity or molsidomine have been raised and marketing has been suspended on two occasions. Pharmacological action: vasodilator agents.
