Medical Definition of Cystosarcoma

A sarcoma in which the formation of cysts or cystlike foci has occurred.
Cystosarcoma phyllodes, a circumscribed or infiltrating fibroadenomatous tumour of the breast or other organs that may be partly cystic; the stroma is cellular and resembles a fibrosarcoma; the tumour can be either benign or malignant.
