Rare, autosomal dominant bone disorder, multiple, small, circumscribed round or ovoid areas of increased bone density, widely distributed, caused by condensations of the spongiosa, no symptoms associated with: dermatofibrosis lenticularis disseminata, scleroderma, syndactyly, dwarfism, endocrine abnormalities, melorrheostosis, cleft palate
